It was such a beautiful thing, I felt a love I didn't know I was capable of feeling. I'm still grieving, probably will be fragile for a while. Please bear with me and keep me in your thoughts.

Hi Leigh,
We are sorry to hear that we have discontinued a favorite product of
yours.
At this time the Trader Joe's Shrimp Gyoza have been discontinued in all
our stores. We will forward your comments and request to bring this
product back to our Buying Department and that will be taken into future

Much thanks,

Comments: Does the Cary store still stock them? They're my very
favorite things in the whole world and the reason I drive 25 minutes to
shop. They weren't there the last two times I went. Please let me know
if they've been discontinued... I can't imagine why they would be, they
rock!

UPDATE! Friends of Leigh Ann, especially those of you who don't leave comments because there are more of you, please click here, put "Thai Shrimp Gyoza" in the product box, and ask them to bring it back! Please? I think you're pretty/handsome. Really. You're awesome.

You got me on that one!!!! My heart sank when I read the first sentence!!!
And my heart sank when I found out my favorite frozen food in the whole world, the fabulous dumplings I could throw in the steamer and keep my from starving while Steve travels, is gone forever! I really am in mourning. :)
Sending my deepest sympathy during this difficult time in your life. Seriously, do a Google search for Trader Joe's shrimp gyoza and you'll see you're not the only one in love with the stuff. Apparently it has been discontinued before but came back, so there's still hope. If they ever discontinue that orange chicken, though, there'll be hell to pay.
Kabes- Thank you so much for your kind words of sympathy. I feel empowered now (is this the denial stage of grief?) that maybe I can do something to stop this travesty. I am but one small voice, but I am willing to fight for what I believe in!
I'll get my best on it for you,
They'll get you your shrimp.

You've been tagged for an award! http://maggiewalks.blogspot.com/2008/11/ive-been-tagged-for-award.html
Hi Leigh Ann-
So, I just spent the past two hours catching up on every blog you've written in the period of my absence. I'm sad that I missed all the good stuff. Especially your birthday and your encounter with Obama! You are the best. Seriously. There is no one better at this than you. Although there was no doubt in my mind, I am glad to see you were still kicking ass even when I was wrapped up in my own drama and not paying attention. However, I'm back now, and I can't wait to read what you write next. Your friend, Cara
